1. When will I be charged for my order?

Orders are charged immediately upon checkout.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Net Banking, UPI, and Credit card payments. At this stage, we do not support Cash on Delivery.

3. I noticed that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the order. What should I do?

If you realize your personal details are incorrect, please send an email to the Customer Care team at support@mygishiki.com. Please note that we cannot edit any delivery information once your order is ready for dispatch. In such a case of a wrong address, we owe no responsibility for sending a new replacement order.

4. How / Where do I find the size guide?

For all measurements and product descriptions please check out the info text of each individual item. In case you would like more information, you can drop us an email at support@mygishiki.com

5. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally!

6. How long do you take to ship an order?

We normally process and ship your order between 3-5 working days. In the rare chance that your order isn't shipped by 7 working days - drop us an email on support@mygishiki.com

7. How do I cancel my order?

Please note that we unfortunately do not accept any order cancellations as these automatically get forwarded to our warehouse system.

8. Can I exchange or return my item?

As most of our products are small batch & artisanal made, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns. However, in the exceptional case where you think you need to connect with us, please write to support@mygishiki.com. We will do our best to resolve. Please note that in case of returns, the return shipping needs to be borne by the customer.

9. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses.
