What is your return policy?

As most of our products are small batch & artisanal made, and packed in front of us, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or returns. However, in the exceptional case where you think you need to connect with us, please write to support@mygishiki.com, along with photos & videos of the product. We will do our best to resolve.
Please note:
1. In case of returns, the return shipping needs to be borne by the customer.
2. Upon receipt of the product, we will evaluate and decide if its suitable for a refund. In case it doesn't quality, the return shipping AND the product cost in non-refundable.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that we unfortunately do not accept any order cancellations after your order has shipped. If you would like to cancel before it has shipped, cancel it on the website / OR write to us at: support@mygishiki.com

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?

We work with artisans and create our goods in small batches - As such, we normally process and ship your order between 3-5 working days. In the rare chance that your order isn't shipped by 5 working days - drop us an email on support@mygishiki.com

I noticed that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the order. What should I do?

If you realize your personal details are incorrect, please send an email to the Customer Care team at support@mygishiki.com. Please note:
1. We cannot edit any delivery information once your order is ready for dispatch / has been dispatched.
2. In such a case of a wrong delivery address, we owe no responsibility for sending a new replacement order.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

We do not offer COD on our website orders. To avail COD, you can purchase our goods on Amazon.in

CAN I WASH THE TOYS WITH WATER?

We DO NOT recommend washing the toys with water: Since we use Natural Cloth, Wood, Matatabi, and infuse the toys with catnip. None of these materials can withstand water. If you'd like to clean the toys - we recommend a wet wipe, with a tissue damped with plain water (non-alcoholic)
