Shipping

At GISHIKI, we offer free shipping for all orders.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Amazon Transport Services (ATS). GISHIKI is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ATS or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by GISHIKI. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of GISHIKI, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund if applicable.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders post dispatch. In certain expectional cases, if we do, such cancellations will be done after a 10% deduction as transactional fees. Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

Returns / Refund Policy

As most of our goods are handmade in small batches, we are proud that all our shipments go through a thorough inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is negligible.

GISHIKI does not accept returns or initiate refunds, as we use natural materials and to be in line with our pet goods safety protocol.

However, in case there is any damage, you can apply for a replacement: Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your order.

Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and invoice slip inside the box.

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email us at support@mygishiki.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
